Randy has 30 years of brokerage experience. After graduation with a BA and MS from Indiana University, he began his real estate career at F.C. Tucker Co. in Bloomington, Indiana. Randy moved to Portland in 1991 to join Norris & Stevens and later, Lutz, Merrifield & Estes. In 1994 he left Lutz to create Western Equities, Inc. A success from its inception, Western Equities quickly grew to a $200 million powerhouse with offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Portland.In 2002, Randy decided to go on his own in order to provide more individualized services to his clients.  His new company is Western Property Sales LLC dba Western Equities.
